While visiting Nashville I developed a case of the late night snack attack. I was craving chocolate and set out on a mission.
None of the downtown bakeries were opened and didn’t consider running into a restaurant for dessert until I was already on the hotel shuttle. I hoped that one of the cafes at Gaylord Opryland Hotel would still be open. Fortunately one of the snack counters was still open and I spotted the Chocolate Bomb. It consisted of layers of chocolate cake and mousse covered with chocolate topping. My craving was so demanding that I also stopped at a gift shop on the way to my room to grab a bottle of chocolate milk to have with the bomb. I was very satisfied after consuming every bite.
