Poor Richards of Manteo

Poor Richards is on the top of my list of Manteo restaurants.
Today, I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. Of course I asked for extra cheese and they delivered. One thing that stood out to my taste buds were the few sweet peppers added. To-date, this is the best Philly Cheesesteak I have eaten. I could have immediately ordered a second.
